At Hiraeth KL, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and easy. Here’s a full guide on every payment method we accept and how each one works.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following:

1. Visa & Mastercard (Credit / Debit Card)

2. FPX Online Banking

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Atome & Grab Pay Later

  • Available installment options: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months

1. Paying with Visa or Mastercard

How it works:

  1. Select Visa/Mastercard during checkout.

  2. Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV (3-digit code).

  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) from your bank.

  4. Enter the OTP to verify the transaction.

  5. Once verified, your payment will be completed instantly.

Why this is safe:

  • All Visa/Mastercard payments on our website are protected with SSL encryption.

  • Your bank will require extra verification (3D Secure/OTP) to prevent unauthorized use.

If your card is declined:

  • Your card may be expired.

  • Your bank may block the transaction for security reasons.

  • You may have reached your spending limit.

  • Information entered may be incorrect.
    If the problem continues, please contact your bank.

2. Paying with FPX (Online Banking)

How it works:

  1. Select FPX at checkout.

  2. Choose your bank from the list (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, RHB, etc.).

  3. You will be redirected to your bank’s login page.

  4. Log in using your online banking credentials.

  5. Confirm the payment.

  6. Once completed, you will return to our website automatically, and your order will be confirmed.

Notes:

  • FPX is real-time, fast, and secure.

  • You do not need to send any manual proof of payment.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

We accept Atome and Grab Pay Later with flexible installment options:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

Using Atome

How it works:

  1. Choose Atome at checkout.

  2. You will be redirected to the Atome app or website.

  3. Log in to your Atome account.

  4. Choose your preferred installment plan (3/6/12 months).

  5. Atome will show your monthly payment amount.

  6. Confirm the payment, and you'll be redirected back to our site with order confirmation.

Important for Atome users:

Before checking out, please:

  • Open the Atome app

  • Search for “Hiraeth KL”

  • Check if Atome provides vouchers

  • Claim the voucher

  • THEN proceed to checkout using Atome on our website

This makes sure you receive the discount before paying.

Using Grab Pay Later

How it works:

  1. Select Grab Pay Later at checkout.

  2. You will be redirected to the Grab app.

  3. Log in to confirm your identity.

  4. Choose your installment plan: 3/6/12 months.

  5. Confirm payment.

  6. You’ll be redirected back to our website once the payment is successful.

Notes:

  • Ensure your Grab account has Pay Later activated.

  • Grab may require you to verify your identity before approving installment payments.

Why might my payment fail?

Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect card details

  • OTP not entered / expired

  • Bank security block

  • Insufficient funds or limit reached

  • No internet connection during payment

  • Atome/Grab account not verified

If a payment fails, you can simply retry with the same method or choose another payment option.
